Unite Health Management is the official provider of APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) Pilates Teacher Training courses for Physiotherapists and equivalent degree therapists throughout Australia. APPI Pilates Teacher Training has been designed by Physiotherapists specifically for those working in the field of rehabilitation. The APPI Pilates Method presents the most current research relevant to Pilates and teaches a realistic framework of exercises to apply in the clinical setting. Courses run in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
