Destroyed my new jacket, refused to refund the cleaning fee( I’d prepaid), lied to Fair Trading & said they “
Didn’t recall the jacket”, despite my receipt and photo of the jacket with their tag still on it. Don’t go near these people.

I dropped off 2 large tablecloths to be dry cleaned and when I collected them, they still had stains, when I showed the staff the stains, i asked if I could get a refund as I was not happy with the service and they were so rude and refused to give me a refund. Appalling customer service.
Management is very rude!!!!!

Appalling customer service. My ironed shirts went to be dropped off in Berowra rather than Hornsby, were 2 days late. They were rude and did not go out of their way to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Will not be using them again.
