rang me and took the matters in his own hands.It was then altogether a different experience- from purchase to delivery it was smooth.He was highly professional
and Caesar outdoor setting arrived well in time and was assembled for us.
Product high quality and this time there was service to match.I have no hesitation in changing my opinion.
We just purchased the freedom eight set. It looks great, as per the website. I have to admit I was very nervous after reading the review below but then reviewed the ebay reviews. Only feedback was that the teak trimming seemed raw, but that was useful for us as we want to stain it to match the side table we purchased recently and the delivery guys didn't take away the cardboard. Overall we would definitely use these guys again, the product is lovely, delivery prompt.
saw this beautiful stone table on line that would have suited our house. Spoke to them few wks ago , they were courteous and explained the product and delivery options.Rang later to place order and they took the order. I made some routine enquiry with regards to delivery date and warranty on the product. They took the order and gave delivery date.We later had emails with order tracking etc,Just 48 hrs before delivery they rang to say they may have to cancel the order because I was asking about warranty and they think customer who ask about warranty are generally not happy customers. 27YS of my buys local and interstate for work and home have not not heard something as absurd as this.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! would advice people not just go by pretty pictures on line
as this type of service is considered poor
