Universal Italian Restaurant & Function Venue

This is a pretty popular place, though that might have something to do with the really, really cheap parmas that they offer here. However, it is a bit of a shame that I am not really a fan of parma, particularly when it happens to be really big, as is the case with this place. At least they have other, not as cheap, options available, such as your typical pasta dish. I didn’t mind it, but it really isn’t a favourite.

We went on a Monday night - while the food was delicious, the service was very very slow. We had to ask 3 times to get wine glasses. And they had no stock of the happy-hour beers or cider either, which was disappointing.
However the food made up for it. The pasta and pizza were great.
We tried the famous chicken schnitzel too- it was delicious.

If you want to eat the best parma of your life than this is the place to get it. Best parma in Melbourne by a mile and extremely good value. These things are huge! Loved my whole experience here.

Great value for money when we attended their unlimited pasta night... We literally just kept eating and it was a massive laugh.

Exceptionally good quality and quantity for a very reasonable price. I suggest the parma for $14 with a $6 choc fudge milkshake, won't disappoint!
