I sent Universal Signs an email on 7/12/07 requesting a quote for building and window signage. I followed up with a voice message a few days later asking for a call back as I was interested in obtaining a quotation for signage. I still did not receive a reply so called again, I introduced myself and asked if they has received my messages. I was told by a south african man he did not reply to emails as everyone wanted a quote. I asked then in which way did he like to do business? To which he replied you should go somewhere else, and hung up on me! How rude and such terrible customer service. How can this company even be in business if they treat potential customers like this??
If you recall correctly , you were invited to come in. You refused and were not prepared to meet my standards of doing business which includes advice given to get the best product.
You were persistent in having it your way , I told you I was busy and to come in and you continued on.
Might mention have been here 25 years and will run my business as I feel appropriate. Most sign companies are resisting responding to quote requests sent to 10 other companies and writing a book so that we appease online requests only to have no response thereafter.
You want service , come in and be fair dinkum. BTW what relevance is the nationality ?
