Totally Rubbish..... waste of money!! I held my daughters party here. Initially we were very excitited as all phone conversations before the actual party were professional, however when we arrived our party host lacked energy and interest. The other party hosts stood in the kitchen in the way of my guests sniggering and gossiping. All members of staff were rude to the parents that stayed for the party. When a child spilt his drink the girls had a very bad attitude to cleaning it up and gave us all the impression they were doing us a huge favour. Further to this the Toilets were filthy. I rang the next morning to let them know what we had experenced, I recived lip service and no follow up from manager. Honestly look for another venue to aviod being ripped off and disapointed.

Love, love, love this venue!!!! They do everything, easiest party ever! Kids had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!!

What a life saver!!!!! With our oldest turning 4, I was at a complete loss as to what to do for his birthday. We also have a 2.5yo, and a 5month old to consider, so the idea of something at home was pretty daunting. A friend put me on to Unreal Parties, and from that moment, I didn't have one bit of stress. Johnny loved being a pirate for a day- everyone got dressed up which was fantastic. And I loved being able to actually enjoy my child's party, instead of trying to co-ordinate everything.
