I worked in a global corporate environment for over 24 years. As a senior leader of the company I worked in different countries and different parts of the business at different levels in the organization. In almost every role I was a coach or mentor to those below me, alongside of me and above me.

I was trained by the company in many leadership programs like Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People; Positive Power & Influence; The GROW model of coaching; And various other leadership and manager training.

Since starting my own business I have continued my journey of learning getting my Diploma in Coaching and becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP with TCI the leading Australian Coach Training Organization.
