this is a conveniently located car park. central to everything right in the heart of the city. probably more convenient for those who dont work in the city because the prices are pretty high. i wouldnt like to park here all day for work and pay the rates. however its very good for people going in for a bit of shopping or meeting up for lunch date etc.
My wife and her friend recently shopped at Harris Scarfe's in the City. They were attending a special sale and had travelled 27klm from the South. They parked their car in the Upark. The savings they made on the products they bought was nullified by the cost of the car park, $17 for a fraction over 2 hours. She will NEVER park there again. What should have been a treat for her friend was a very disappointing experience for them both.
