Upfront Decorations

Terribly rude customer service. Met up with management & organised decorations and gave CLEAR details waited for an emailed quote that never came. No phone call no mailed quote. I finally realised after 2 months of wedding planning, a tragic loss in the family and generally busy life they had not done as they said. Called them to be told our booking was deleted as we never got back to them. According to the staff our address email and phone numbers we gave were all wrong. After finally sending them an email as that was the only way they could manage to reply to me they sent a quote. After a couple of weeks of emails back and forth trying to work out who I needed to pay and get proper details before I paid, I never got my email about where to drop off the hired equipment the next day.
