Unfortunately had a really awful experience here with the staff. Firstly when I called to book an appointment the reception staff who answered the phone kept telling me I couldn't even make a booking until Dec 1st, saying their booking system was only open on that date, and that they were booked out until then! The person was extremely rude to me, talked to me like I was dirt, and said something along the lines of "other patients took priority over me??" Eventually after a lot of miscommunication, they apologised and said they said I could book in any time?? And that they thought I was a 'rep'??. When I arrived on the day of my booking, they could not find my booking and asked me to return in the afternoon. I don't know why I persisted, as I have had much nicer experiences at other places in the area, and not been treated like this. I will not be going back to this place, and I hope the staff understand that they can't talk to people the way they did.
