We weren't allowed to attend the final inspection and even though we had cleaned our one bedroom apartment for nearly a whole day the property manager still found tiny little things I had to go back and clean. He said he could organize a professional cleaner but I knew they would take the cleaning money from me and just keep it to them selves. He also tried to make me fix for three tears in a wall that were already there when we moved in (and written in the condition report). Although we accidentally made one small tear on another wall that should go under "fair wear and tear" he made us have a qualified tradesman come in and fix it (100 dollars). The tradesman said it was ridiculous to come over just to fix such a small tear (we only fixed it to get our bond back of course). ...read more
