Wonderfull service, exeptional service. I will always come back to order my flowers from here. These ladies are just lovely and so helpfull I am now addicted to buying flowers and will never go anywhere else. Thank You Thank You Thank You

My boyfriend ordered a dozen red roses from Urban Flowers and was told they come in 12 so he could not order them in less than that.He paid $65 and you would expect good quality. I received 10 yellow wilted roses. I called up and was told that someone would be around to have a look, I said I didn't necessarily want a refund but to get fresh roses that won't be dead in a day, and was pleasant the whole time. They arrived and seemed to be on a mission to attack me and said in an abusive manner "they're not dead, and where's the arrangement", to this I replied, "the cellophane", I threw it in the bin. (As you do) They told me that this is ridiculous and you can **** off. They then left my house swearing and yelling abuse as they left. All this was done in front of my 10 year old daughter. Artfully arranged and reasonable priced. the flowers i bought from here were long lasting and lovely. the florists were helpfull and delightfull. It was so easy to order them. Will continue to order my flowers from here.

This is a very lovely shop there is a florist and a beauty salon in the one shop it is very handy as i can get my nails done and pick up some flowers too and they dont just have flowers they sell other things like teddys, jewelry,chocs and more. I will be coming here for my wedding as is can get my flowers, waxing,hair,make up,nails and my spray tan all at the one place, thats fantastic and all the ladies are so helpful and nice, so if your getting married this is the place to go, i will be telling all my friends to go here, keep up the excellent work girls and i'll be back soon. kathy

I found the service to be friendly and fast the flowers lasted the longest that ive ever brought from a florist i am very very happy and i will be purchasing from there again
