Contour & Detail Surveys

Site surveys of the land are prepared to create a plan showing existing features such as buildings, structures, trees, visible services as well as levels and contours to show the shape of the land. Contour and detail plans are required by Architects, Engineers and Builders to enable design of new developments and houses. They are essential to any Development or Building Application to Council.

Urban Surveys can provide all plans in hardcopy (paper plans) and digital formats such as DWG, DXF, TIF and PDF.

Survey Identification Reports

We can provide survey reports on formwork, floor levels, roof levels and other reports as required during the construction process, Survey Reports on completion of construction for application for Occupation and Building certificates and Identification Reports for Conveyancing purposes.

Boundary Surveys

We can mark boundary corners of your property for fencing and construction of retaining walls.

Construction setout Surveys

Survey pegs need to be placed to enable builders to locate construction works in the correct location. We specialise in providing residential setout surveys ranging from Owner Builders, Small Builders up to large Project Builders.

Subdivision
