Have visited twice. First time was happy with cut, new short style, even though they kept me waiting 45 minutes.
Second visit, they kept me waiting over an hour, while hairdresser cuts friends hair who arrived while I was waiting (after my appointment time). Second cut exactly the same as the first, despite me asking for some changes. They charged me $20 more than the first cut, which was extreme for a simple cut. Won't be back.
Had my hair done here once. I agree it takes forever to been and the staff who runs its has friends coming in who staff will give first priority too. I also noticed a couple didn't pay which made me wonder if I was charged e tarot make up for them
If you are looking for a great cut and colour then Urchinesque is definitely the only place to go on the Central Coast. I was lucky that a friend recommended Sherri to me and although I live some 3 hours away in the Blue Mountains I will definitely be making the trip back regularly to have my hair done by her.
