Oh dear, where do I start with US Airways.........Customer Service = None, On time Arrival = If your lucky. Let me explain further. I'm currently in the US travelling and had two US Airways flights from Buffalo to Philadelphia, then to Philadelphia to Washington DC.
We arrived on time at Buffalo for our US3768 flight, departing at 7:20pm. Was told at check in desk that our flight from PHL would be one hour late. Not to worry we thought, thats okay. However, get to the gate in Buffalo and there was no one to be seen. Look around, no screens, no staff, no plane. Walked up and down the terminal, not one US Airways officer to be located.
