USA Foods is one of those shops that you desperately *want* to love, but just cannot. :( I have been trying to order from them for years - occasionally I get lucky to find that what I want is ACTUALLY IN STOCK!! It's very frustrating when you see they usually stock certain items, but they are chronically out of them. I know there are import issues, but honestly - between getting items shipped to me that are out of date, heat damaged or just not being able to buy what I want, like ever... Not to mention every time I've needed customer service, it's been seriously lacking or flat out rude. :( They've officially lost my business as of today when I went to try and find gluten free bisquick, green chiles and strawberry flavoured jelly (NOT sugar free) and surprise, surprise - THEY ARE OUT.
This store has the range but price and expiry dates leave a lot to be desired. $6.73 for One packed of chips is excessive!We spent $95 on 2 bags of grocery's. Worth a try though but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. Buying online from an American based retailer would work out half USA foods prices, food for though!
Awful!!! Don't get me wrong, I was ecstatic to get things from home.. However, it's not worth it! Most things are out of date! Several things have been shipped to me that were in date but not tasting right. No responsibility taken by store so out of pocket for rotten goods and shipping. Any other store takes responsibility for off goods! Email replies are rude and lacking any customer service. Just awful!
Went here a few years ago for something to do on a rainy saturday and may have to venture out again as I have heard it is now bigger, better and cheaper!
If your a junk food connoisseur (like myself), and often find yourself envying America's range of decadent, sugary, cheesy treats then USA foods is for you!
Showcasing a wide range of American lollies, chips, condiments (dare you to try the XXX Death Sauce), cereals, soft drinks and much more, all at reasonable prices and well within their used by date.
