Moved into my house and with in a couple of weeks I had a blocked drain. I called a plumbing company they came out and after about 3 hours they still couldn't unblock my drain. So I rang use your local man. Within a hour they rocked up with sewer diagrams of my drain for my house and manage to unblocked it all within a hours work. This company is also traded under the name of 'On Call Building & Plumbing' which was recommended by Water Corporation's SewerSmart Plumbers'. I found these people extremely unscrupulous, untrustworthy and extremely expensive. They used the scare tactics to trick us into fixing something which was not needed. The cost of the job was based on hourly rate but they severely underestimate the amount of work involved and the final cost is several times bigger than the initial estimate. The came to do the job without proper preparation thus making working condition extremely dangerous to their workers and made the task longer to complete. The final bill included in some additional costs which should have been disclosed to the customer in the first place. Extremely angry with their service.

Toilet was installed in wrong position. Reinstalled in correct position with a nasty chip on the bottom of a 700 hundred dollar side cistern with a leaking connection which leaked used waste water onto an exposed floor and found to be sealed onto the ground by silicone instead of cement. The toilet moves if you hold it. The gas fitting for oven was left without purging so i had no hot water for 2 days. The electrical contractors were hired for a wall fitting and disconnected an unrelated job in the ceiling lights when they found a fault they were not instructed to find on a completely unrelated job to what they were instructed and decided to cut my electricity, i was left in the dark for 3 days and instructed i needed to pay them 400 dollars to fix it. When i called them to ask they fix the leaking waste water at 3pm they told me they donot work after 2.30pm and needed to wait 3 days. They cost 120 - 130 dollars an hour.
