For those of you whose lives are a constant rush... where stress plays a major part in life ... the time to take action is NOW.

Stress can and does effect Health, Relationships, Jobs... the list goes on... it also can and does KILL.

The most stressed of us are aware of this... and yet we're 'too busy' or 'too stressed' to do anything about it 'right now'.

I'm here to tell you you're not alone. Statistics on Heart Attacks, Strokes, Alcoholism, Drug addictions, Divorce ... Death ... tell a scary tale.

STRESS is my specialty...

I will teach you the importance of and how to meditate to reduce Stress.

I will coach you on how to identify and manage not only the Stresses but the Stressors in your life.

I will help you rebuild low self esteem or self image.

I will coach you as you go through major transitions in life.

I will guide you in the beautiful journey of CHAKRADANCE.

Why have I specialised in this area?

Because STRESS nearly killed me ... I've been there personally. Thankfully I had guidance which brought me out the other end. I discovered on that journey a great need to help others.

Having studied as a Meditation Teacher, Holistic Human Development Counselor and Life Coach, I have helped many people turn their lives from one of stress, destruction and often total despair to complete confidence, calm and sense of peace. Additionally, as a fully trained and qualified CHAKRADANCE Facilitator, I can help you achieve Balance and complete Mind / Body / Spirit Well-being through the beautiful combination of music, dance, art and meditation!

This is my passion.

Chakradance classes are held two nights per week, and Meditation classes are run 3 mornings and one evening per week from the comfort and tranquility of our Purpose created space!
