UTS Health Service: Medical Practice

I attended the practice for several years whilst a university student. I can say this: the doctors I saw were great people. I was and remain disappointed by the administration however. The admin staff were very aloof and disinterested. I recently obtained some records to send to my new GP and the admin staff made the process a nightmare. I spent almost an hour on the phone and I had to attend in person no less than 3 times to get them.
