Very pleased with current team at UV4x4.
I've had a custom compressor build (outlets on either side of the steps), a fridge slide, and a pioneer roof rack.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
They're happy to answer any questions you have (dumb ones too)
Will return in 2021 for more mods to the Raptor.
I've had a few things done at UV4x4 to my V6 Amarok since May 2017, like duel battery, snorkel and fuel manager. The team have been fantastic. There has been no issues with their workmanship and the latest being the fuel manager done today, was suppose to be a DIY job but when I saw how fiddly it was to install I just had to call UV and I'm glad I did. Their work is very neat and to the manufacturers specifications. Very happy. I'll be back if I decide to do anything else to my Rok.
The stars have fallen significantly. My fuel mananger leaked after install, I returned it to have it fixed under warranty only to be told they couldn't find a leak. Once I got it home I found the leak myself and repaired it. My only hope is that the other items they installed don't have a problem down the track. Very dissatisified with the mechanic at UV4x4.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an auxiliary fuel tank (through UV4x4 at Brendale) which they said would take 2.5 weeks. After 3 weeks I rang to check. Several calls later by me I was given a firm date (about another 3 to 4 weeks). Again I had to ring them on the given date. Again 2 to 3 days before they rang me. Meanwhile I contacted the supplier who told me the tank had not been ordered. Staff and management were not interested in apologising and when I suggested they throw something in for free they told me they don't do discounts. Getting my deposit back was all to hard as well. I'll never go there again.
