V Australia Airlines

I have had 2 terrible experiences with V Australia, the call centre was of no help actually made it worse.
Half a star cause a zero star is not possible, the crew could be a little more polite. I know which airline I will be using from now on.

flew the Sydney LA sector recently and wow! We were lucky enough to get row 5 in business class. It has its own privacy curtain and there was so much space. The business seats roll down to a flat bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful and looked like they were having fun. I think Qantas has some real competition on its hands
