This V club is now reformed to Hard Candy. I used to be a member of V club and found there were so many issues with the staff and the facilities (i.e. NO HOT WATER & classes timetable), so I dropped out.
Funny or not, I just joined Hard Candy last week after my colleague's invitation, I thought OK, I will go in and speak to the sales rep since my colleague made an appointment for me. I told the sales rep I only have 15 mins due to my next appointment, and I'm familiar with this gym since I was the ex-member of V club, so just go straight to the deal and payments. It's me again,
For the cancellation meeting, it was just a staff at the front desk who I had to speak to, even though I had to wait a month to talk to this particular staff.
They were very condescending, put on airs and gave me an apology on how "I guess I must of just had bad luck with my experience there" the apology was far from sincere.
The first sheet they gave me was a questionnaire, then they gave me the form to sign to cancel.
I ask if that was it, is there anything else i need to do, am i done?
6 days later I go back in to confirm it's been cancelled.
Guess What!
It hasn't been processed yet so I'm still being billed until they decide to process it.
And then its 30 days from that point.
The staff at the counter today was very friendly, and told me to call back to check when its been put through.
