V.I.P. Family Day Care

Truly awful. I was asked by one of their staff to sigh up as the staff wnated to care for my son. I called them & asked if it was Ok, they said yes. I drive all the way, get registered, pay the fee and within 2 hours get a call saying they cannot assign me that staff. I have been calling up since-17 times to be precise and so far they have only answered once and I was made to feel like an idiot for following up. I requested another staff but no one has called me back. Most of the time their voicemail kicks in when I call and half times I cannot leave message. Even when I do, no one call back. DON"T sign up with the, They do not care or value customer service.
