A franchisee of VIP Home Services based in Cleveland, Queensland attended my property for a 2 hour clean, as well as leaving the property in a state that even my 4 year old could do better, he reversed into my garage door leaving a huge dent caused by his tow bar. On questioning this he returned to our property to look over it with us and had removed the tow bar from its holder and denied he caused the damage!!! Head office also visited our property and said they wouldn't do anything about it!!! I have had to pay $500 excess on my home insurance to have the door replaced and been advised by my insurers that i probably wont win the case as there was no witness... As someone who enters your home, you expect honesty!!! Absolutely disgusting, do not use VIP HOME SERVICES to provide any services as they are dishonest!!
