Vaccaro Group Aircond

Zero rating or even minus rating if i can for Vaccaro Group are pathetic , I got my home handover 2.5 months back and AIR CON unit (Brand New) they have installed is not working. They already have made 2 visits for the faulty unit. They told it is fixed however, we have error on the control unit and the unit is not working at all. Even to book a service there is to too long wait time and can only work on thursday on my area. I have taken off from work 2 times just for the service. I have managed to book another service on 13th Dec but i not confident at all with their level of expertise. I will update on this post to see how it goes on the day.

If i can give 0 stars i would have. Their tradies did not turn up as scheduled and they take no pride in their work. They caused damage to my appliances when installing and damage to my walls and ceilings too. In and out as fast as they can. There were numerous issues with lights, power point and air conditioning not working. I tried calling to get these issues fixed and they won't come out to fix till a few weeks time! I would not use them again.

absolutely appalling , I would never recommend these guys. we had no choice they were the installers chosen by Rawson Homes. we have been in our new home 6 months and the aircon no longer works, I have been trying for over two weeks to get these guys to return my calls and the couldn't care... really frustrating while on hold you have to listen to how the company is built on "family values" and has a "solid history"... blah blah blah but they have no interest in returning my calls let alone resolving my issue.
Rather pick a company that will be there long after the install is done...
