I have never wrote a google review but definitely it was that bad that i had to waste my time and write one up , we had the three hours harbour cruise everything in the ship was outdated despite this the workers on the ship were so rude specially Mariah don’t bother even making a complaint about her because her son is the manager and will definitely tell you that this did not happen, so we paid for a buffet however people came around serving cold entrees and you had to pick at it with a tooth pick and there was not enough for everyone, the suppose to be all you can eat buffet had people serving it only had few prawns , salmon that was the only seafood there and they would only put u a tiny bit of food with refusal to serve with anger on their faces which definitely opposes the idea of a buffet they even refused serving this girl and made her cry claimin she was served before when she was not the case they embarrassed her nd caused her anxiety to spike ...read more

So disappointing definitely do yourselves a favour and read the reviews before wasting your money and your dignity, don't even know where to start people on this cruise are very rude and abrupt, have no idea what customer service is, it was advertised as a seafood buffet the menu we received is nothing like what we got for starters entree was advertised as salt&pepper calamari and falafel some

Great value for money! I booked to go on a Latino cruise on saturday night and we had the BEST view of the harbour bridge / opera house and all of Sydney!! The food was an amazing buffet, with what seemed like unlimited choices!!! I liked it so much I booked a new years eve cruise - i'm so excited!!!

Used company twice, worst experience of my life. Terrible staff and service don't know how to run a business. Do not use this boat company, they are aweful and have a bad boat. My friend hit his head on the terribly low roof. They charge to much for what they provide, and closed the open bar for at least half of the night.

I have had 2 experiences with this cruise company for school events and both were terrible. I understand not wanting to loose a license and confiscating alcohol and drugs. However actively searching through bins ect is unnecessary, and makes you feel like they want a reason to end it. Left a lot of teenagers disappointed and almost ripped off.
