Valentina works predominantly within a solution focused framework, tailoring counselling to the needs of the client in a non-judgemental and supportive way. 18-years clinical experience using a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapies, narrative therapy, stress management techniques and interpersonal psychotherapy.
