l recently purchased a very expensive Serenade Bag from Valentino the paint started peeling from the handle so l took it back and they changed it no problem at all but l went back a few days later and the handle had been drawn on with black texta to cover where the paint was coming off and the price had gone up! Pretty rude l thought.
