Valentino's Hair Salon

I feel extremely disappointed. I came to this salon yesterday to get a new haircut and a nice hair colour. The final result was exactly the opposite of what I wanted - the hair is way too dark, even grey, I have a 2cm colour gap between my scalp and the 'foils' and the hair was cut 4-5cm too short. I feel really disappointed as the reflection in the mirror is not even me and my kids keep asking 'why do I have black hair' suddenly, when yesterday I had blonde hair.

This morning I drove back to the salon to see what can be done and was offered cold shoulder and 50% discount at my next visit (which definitely will not happen) and a free cut. Mistakes or miscommunication can always happen buy it's the way the business deals with the client after it happens is what really counts. Now I have to live with this terrible feeling for months and even years to come.

I definitely would not recommend this place, if you care about your hair. And which woman does not?!
