My honest experience, Dr. John Tai behavior was very arrogant and aggressive. The doctor did nothing and charged us expenses for few minutes of consolation. Dr. John Tai was also very unwilling to help with our problem. went to another doctor in rowville and they were very willing to help. it was just a waste of time and money with the same issue.

Have been going here for years now . There are some great doctors here . Some ok ones. You need to find the one thats connect with you.

Reception was good long time ago but now they are rude . Tryed to complain but the incharge reception even worse . Dont take the rudeness from them or even better book your appointment online and avoid them as much as you can .

From the 2 visits I have had so far, Dr. Levy is a knowledgable and refreshingly modern doctor.

Both appointments have surprisingly started exactly on time, which indicates to me that he pays attention to maintaining punctuality - very rare in my experience when seeing a GP.

Great doctor's surgery who have plenty of good GPs to choose from. I have my favourites and always try to book as far in advance so I can get into see them but if I go on the spur of the moment I am rarely disappointed with the doctor I see. The ladies have been very good at squeezing in my grandson on a couple of occasions.

This has been our family doctor since we have been living in the area and we have always found the doctors to be very good and knowledgeable. Great that they can do some procedures out the back and the renovation is very nice. The girls behind the desk are very helpful when it comes to booking appointments.
