Operating hours are: Mon-Fri 6am - 8pm
Sat 7am-12pm

We are a family run business that prides itself in maintaining a well equipped facility that provides its users with Life Fitness Strength and Cardio Equipment.

Our Nambucca facility has a supervised Creche, so parents can exercise with ease.
MMA and Kempo are also available for adults and children, with Adam Rumsey as the head instructor.

Exercise Physiologist Alex Lawrence operates from both facilities and is available from Mon-Fri
