Terrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone. We booked via text as recommended on website, after receiving no answer in response to a few messages I finally a text at 11.04pm worded 'Ok, if you can come at 10am' that was it. We turned up at the agreed 10am to a place that is NOTHING like their website claims. It was dirty, unkempt, rundown and there was NO staff at all. After waiting 15 mins I rang the mobile listed, finally got answered after 4 calls to be advised that a water pipe had burst and they would head straight over. Another 20 mins later after using their toilet facilities and sitting on disgusting chairs discussing how terribly neglected and unprofessional the whole place was we left. Very disappointing and so unprofessional. No pride taken in the place at all.
Please do yourself a favour and don't go here! I usually don't review on here (usually on a different website), but the other website don't have this business registered, and I need to let people know how bad this place was.
I was impressed with the reviews and the website of this place, which is why I went, but it is nothing like the website or the reviews on the website.

Very run down. Sent an email to them on their very professional looking website, didn't receive a response. Called their landline 2 days later, to not be able to leave a msg, yet told to call or txt the mobile #. Sent a txt, saying I hadn't had a response to my email, to receive a call for our booking at 9pm in the evening.
Went their today, and the place is certainly run down. There is no hospitable welcome, it just seems so unprofessional. A horse went lame on our 1 hour trail ride. I was vey concerned that none of the horses hooves were shod - surely they should be.
My recommendation would be to go some-where else.
Very dissaponted. Nobody answers the phone so its impossible to book an appoitment. On website and goodle is that they are open from 10am. Me my partner and three fmillies were waiting over 46mins infront of their gate and noone showed up. I gave up and went home. I'm not sure how long and if these people get in later but this is unbelieveable!
