Value Plus Discount Pharmacy Springbank Plaza

My mum has an infection or a rash on her fingers. I went up to the counter and asked for help. There were two staff and a pharmacist present at the counter. The pharmacy was quiet and the two staff were standing next to the pharmacist talking. They didn't greet nor did they ask for if I need any help. So I asked them if they could help me. I explained the situation to the staff, staff went and ask the pharmacist and all I got back was for my mum to apply moisture on her fingers. At this stage I was so angry as I expected the pharmacist to come down and look at my mum's fingers and offer advice or suggestion. Something to show that they care and maybe a bit of compassionate as my mum couldn't speak English at all.I browsed around the shop looking for some moisture/ cream. Again I get no service. Always helpful and friendly, great advice from the pharmacists with small children was very reassuring when the little ones were sick cannot recommend enough
