Valued Health Osteopathy provides both Osteopathy and Clinical Pilates. Valued Health Osteopathy is a collaboration between two Osteopaths, Kate Ellett and Tom McCormick. Both Kate and Tom are passionate Osteopaths who enjoy taking an active role in assisting their patients achieve improved health and function.

Kate enjoys treating a wide range of conditions including headaches, back pain, jaw dysfunctions and pain relating to pre/ post pregnancy. She has also undergone further training in Osteopathic treatment in young children.

Tom also enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Tom has a particular interest in assessing mobility and functional strength to determine the underlying cause of the complaint. He often treats sporting injuries, spinal complaints and peripheral joint pain.

Valued Health Osteopathy also provides Clinical Pilates. The clinic offers both individual sessions or two on one consultations where both reformer and floor based exercises will be demonstrated.
