I drove all the way out to cabramatta from inner west Sydney because I know you have beautiful laces. You did not have exactly what I was looking for so I decided to continue browsing in other fabric stores nearby. I returned to the store with the intention of buying other lace and beautiful trims i had seen only minutes before only to be insulted by your sales staff. I am highly skilled in the industry with a couture bridal and evening wear service and was looking to stock up on beautiful things. I deal with wholesalers and retailers on a regular basis and never have i been treated like this before. I travelled all the way out to you because i had heard a lot about the quality of your products. The service i received and the way i was spoken to was disgusting and completely arrogant. You should look in to the total arrogance and rudeness of your staff. Do you happen to know the name of the member of staff? I just spent $700 on fabric and got an unnerving phone call questioning why I purchaesd a different coloured lining to one I'd seen 2 weeks prior.....
