When I go to Vana's there are always both men and women. I've only seen people leave happy. I only ever see Jessica when I go. I actually specifically started going here and drive 35mins across town to get her to do my hair. In the beginning I was very specific about what I wanted and the colour and now I don't say anything. Jess is fantastic at doing the colour, usually three foils and always slightly different colours, sometimes super fine and natural or other times chunky. I rarely go shorter then my shoulders and Jess always just gives me an easy to care for style that as well as being low maintenance lasts really well. Once you get your hair cut from Jess, you'll always come back. Bright and bubbly she gives great massages and if I ever just feel like zoning, we'll sit there in silence. She is great at reading people!
Don't ever go to this hair salon again. Without Sarah this place is not even good to sheer your sheep. Sarah was excellent in her job, and unfortunately she has left. Her colleagues will never give you her contact details, as they know no one will go to them if they have choice to go to Sarah. I just had a haircut there with Melissa and I regret to death for ever. I asked her for a trim and she chopped off all my hair in big chunky cuts. No matter how hard I tried to stop her, she totally ignored what I wanted and cut my beautiful hair too short. She has this hallucination that she is the best, so that she takes all risky methods on your hair. She does not respect customer wish and makes decision for you. At least Jessica will listen to you and respect your wish, even though if she is not very skilled. Dont go there and if you do, go with Jessica. At least she is conservative and leaves room for her mistakes. If you give your hair to Melissa, you have to wait for a year to grow back ...read more
