After going to so many weddings in my 20s and 30s I was a little surprised at how serious the ceremonies were. It's meant to be the happiest day of your life why didn't these ceremonies reflect this? That's when I came up with the idea of becoming a celebrant. I was excited about offering an alternative.

Having officiated at over 130 weddings I can honestly say that every ceremony I conduct is not only filled with laughter and joy, but they are also deeply meaningful too. I enjoy getting to know each couple I work with, and finding out what makes them tick, so that I can create a ceremony that is a true reflection of them.

After a ceremony, I often have guests come up to me and gush. Usually they're a bit taken aback - they didn't know that a ceremony could actually be fun, engaging and something they might enjoy. It makes me smile from ear to ear.
​
I strongly believe that the ceremony can be the highlight of the day - not something that you and your guests should suffer through. If you choose me to be your celebrant, you are in good hands, and I will guide you every step of the way. Although I'm based on the Northern Beaches, I conduct ceremonies all over Sydney and interstate.
