I had 2 rings made. The first one I gave supplied 1 carat of diamonds and the gold to make an eternity ring, plus $500 for labour. They gave me a ring with 1/2 carat of diamonds, where did the other 1/2 carat of diamonds go? The other ring was I paid $2500 and gave them a ring that I wanted remade, with diamonds and rubies. The ring I got back had extremely inferior stones, it did not have the stones I had supplied. I have been unable to get a valuation for either ring despite asking several times. When I complained about the second ring, Vangeli was extremely rude and hostile. They do not live up to their agreements.
