We had problems with our phone line and internet for ages and we finally decided to do something about. I found Vascom on true local and Neil certainly lived up to the other comments here. He came the same day i called him, easy quote, and job done shortly after. If only i'd known it was that easy, i would have sorted it out ages ago. I'd definitely recommend Vascom.
We just moved into our new rental and desperately needed to install a telephone line! We already had this mysterious wire hanging out of the skirtings in our 2nd bedroom and after a quick search for local business who install telephone lines I gave Neil a bell. His technical knowledge is very reliable and savvy - this coming from someone who uses a lot of umms and ahhs when describing what exactly she wants!

We recently required a security system for our premises, so we looked up Truelocal. We saw Vascom and as they had a few referrals wed thought we get them to quote us. They were prompt and competitive on price, so we went ahead with their quote. They were tidy in their works and explained the process and product involved thoroughly.
