I have limited experiences in French Restaurants (this is my roughy my 6th) so what better way to review this place with a French person to Vatel!
Duck liver parfait, there is no place where this doesn't taste good and this is the same here. The bread is sweet but shouldnt be so crunchy

I had a lovely anniversary meal here recently. There's a good wine list but it's also possible to byo( wine only). The decor is so pretty, with plenty of fresh flowers on tables to admire. Crisp white tablecloths. We had three courses each, how can you not when it's French fine dining? I'm always partial to barramundi, and this offering was good. Hubby had duck which was also yum. Divine desserts and polite staff, it's a good night out.
Short review: WOW, great French food is alive and well in the suburbs. Well be back!
Longer review: The dcor is simple yet on the button. The ambiance is perfect and the wait staff (complete with French accents) and happy and helpful. Oh, it also helps that the food is absolutely fantastic. But then, you would expect that from an owner/chef work hard in the kitchen to make every plate a winner. Crostini to start with pate thats light, fluffy and yummy. Fig, feta salad are flavours that mix well. Atlantic salmon was cooked perfectly, Duck ala orange was so tasty and succulent that I almost ate all my girlfriends plate. There was no trace of fatty skin in site with the twice cooked pork belly. The pork was so light and skin so crispy I couldnt believe it. Call them and make a booking, you wont be disappointed.
