Just confirmation that I received my order today around 9AM (less than a week delivery time). Item's were exactly as I ordered and fit perfectly with my vehicle, I am more than happy with the service as I wasn't expecting it to arrive until end of week. Purchase order was of Whisbar Roof Bars and Yakima Skybox 16, all top quality and perfect fitment. Highly recommend.

I ordered Rhino Roof Racks through this mob and explicitly stated in my order that I needed the parts for a trip in a weeks' time, and to contact me if they could not complete the order and deliver by then. It was a short turn around and I understood that, so was happy to cancel and go elsewhere and give up the great price that they offered. I was contacted and told that I would have my order by the dates that I requested, however one part was coming directly from Rhino Rack - but I was assured that it should arrive within my time frame. To cut a long story short, it turned out that all of the parts were coming from Rhino Rack and the part originally questioned was on back order and wasn’t available. Rang and asked if they had the rhino racks and pod to suit my vehicle in stock. Rang me back said that the part I wanted to order was obsolete but they had "the current part" but is was a bit more expensive. Corrected them and advised that the part number comes direct from the manufacturer. Rang me back and agreed that I was correct. Advised them that I had to have them in 7 days as I was going traveling interstate after 7 days. Was explicitly told I didn't need express post, even though I offered to pay it, and was assured I would get the items in time. Was further assured I would get a tracking number the following day. I did not. Every day afterwards (4 days) I contacted them and was told I would get a tracking number "that afternoon" or "tomorrow". Never happened. I have been using Vehicle Accessories for many years now and whenever I get a new car I get the team to fit all the new gear Tow bars and roof racks they are so much cheaper and more professional to deal with then the dealerships. Cheers guys!

Never again ! Dodgy retailer sells products no longer available long process for refund and overseas call centers. Avoid at all costs
