Meeting and then being treated by Louis was a memorable experience. His depth of knowledge in the area of veins and his genuine interest in the patient was very reassuring. All likely issues were discussed up front, including any costs and (helpfully) Medicare entitlements. The work undertaken was completed to the highest standards in terms of outcomes and indeed of care. Follow-up reviews were informative and engaging.
