Velvet Espresso

when I first started having coffee from Velvet back in 2007 the staff were very rude and stuck up but thank fully over time the manager obviously saw people not coming back and got rid of the the rude staff and replaced them with awesome staff that compliment the very nice yet over priced coffee

By far the best coffee I have tried so far in Perth. If you are a coffee connoisseur this is the place to go. However, I must add that the service leaves a lot to be desired. Lacklustre at best I must say. Is it too much to ask for a pleasant demeanor from the staff at the register? I specify the register because the baristas themselves are usually fine, It is the one you are ordering from that look as though he/she would rather be anywhere else. If this was based on service alone you would think twice about returning. Good thing the coffees are fantastic eh?
