I love this place. It's grungy and industrial. Take your dog and leave it outside by the big open door. Super friendly staff and great food ( run by the same team as Satellite) . They know how to cook bacon here. Hurrah! And they make good strong coffee. Great for breakfast with an interesting menu. Not run of the mill by any means.

Velvet Garage, is one of the understated cafe's I've been to in Sydney. With a Velvet Underground rock theme spread into a old garage mechanic looking space (possibly where the name came from?) this place is all things cool. Their staff carry the theme and vibes from order to exit and the food is actually quite phenomenal.
