Unlike other reviewers, I was pounced on by both members of staff. The lady that ended up helping me the most was very pushy with her opinion and annoying. She'd ask me for empty hangers while I was midway through changing dresses. She disagreed with my best friend's preference for what dress I should buy. I got confused and frustrated and left without making a purchase. The store's interior and visual merchandising is dated.
One of the ladies who works in this store is horrid and regardless of how much I might like any item they have I refuse to leave one cent of my hard earned money in that store. The owners need to take a serious look at how these ladies are damaging their business, they could probably double their turnover if they invested in some friendly and down to earth staff. Get your head out of the cloud woman, reality check, you're from Reservoir, working in Eltham, not Toorak! ps most of the dresses in this store can be found for much cheaper online!
In hindsight the above review was very harsh and I apologise to the owners and ladies for the review. The ladies in this store are actually just doing their job but they can be a little intimidating which was the reason for the review.

I agree, I have always wanted to go in this store and 3 months ago my daughter were looking for a dress, we felt invisible, the sales assistant walked past us several times and didn't even look up, we had money to spend and spent it at Doncaster $500, I was just talking to my daughter and she went back yesterday with het girl friend, again if she had seen served she was going to spent her money, after walking around to be compleatly ignored, walked out with nothing, another $400 lost sale, I will never bother going back, I'm not sure how they can run a business like this.
I spent 15 minutes in this shop, being completely ignored by both staff members. Several people entered the store after me and were served immediately. This also happened to me the last time I was trying to buy a dress from this store. I can only put it down to the fact that both times I happened to try to shop there. When the assistant finally asked me if I was happy to just look around and I told them I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, they didn't seem to care at all. Rudest staff I've ever met! Will definitely be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
What an experience...... ZERO customer service....rude! The only communication provided to me by the staff were: "these Clothes are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! ....Very dissapointing, however they were right. Would not waste your time here....BAD experience and a waste of time!
