I do not even know where to begin with this company! They are just so shocking to deal with. Our house flooded and it took 10 times longer to complete than necessary.. They just use dodgy /cheap trades. Everything had to be redone 2-3 times. They tried to cut our hotel accommodation multiple times even though our flooded house wasn't liveable. They threw some of our belongings outside then claimed I said it was alright to do so and don't worry about getting reimbursed for it.. who would say that!?
Shocking and rude customer service! if I can save people from the stress and money loss this company has caused me and my family I would be happy. I could go on and on about the list of problems ive had with them as there is sooooo much more! Stay away and be aware of this company :(
Had a business insurance with Vero last year. We had a claim for $16500 on faulty workmanship. After 5 months emailing back and forth nothing has been provisionally decided. We have been sued for $90.ooo and had to cancel our claim with Vero and pay out the client. Vero did nothing to properly investigate the claim. The damaged car was not even inspected from Dec 2013 to July 2013. They got an assessor on the case who resigned from the job after 4 weeks, then another one who would bombard us with 100s of phone calls a day to ask about the same thing over and over again. We have lost $16500 but we are lucky we didnt lose $90k
Stay away from Vero at all cost as they simply could not care less. All they want is your money
