Michael called when he said he would, gave us some helpful advice on the best use of the space available - we had finally decided to remove the original master bedroom wardrobes in our Federation era home. (that never worked all that well) Michael listened to our requirements and then put a design together for us, we got a price right away.

BUYER BEAWARE
Goods were not supplied as ordered. Incorrect finish on doors, missing draws.
Door incorrectly hinged and side panel not delivered on installation day and unable to be installed.
Use third-party suppliers and do not divulge that to client.
Their T&C’s get them out of all liability.
Caused significant damage to walls during installation.
Had to replace doors at additional cost.
Versa changed the order without permission.
Took me to VCAT. I received compensation for them not supplying doors as ordered.
Check your order and the T&Cs carefully.
I urge you to go to a more reputable supplier like Almara who had to rectify the wardrobe following Versa defective doors and failure to supply the wardrobe as ordered.
We are extremely happy with our brand new wardrobes, the service and workmanship.
Highly, highly recommend Versa Robes to anyone.

To re-cap the issues that we have had since engaging Versa Robes on approximately 8 September 2016
Initial Install 06/10/2016
we were advised that unfortunately a number of staff were unwell on the day and therefore the doors would be unavailable.
installer No 1's cutting and finishing work on one of the tracks was at best shoddy and was not acceptable as advised.
upon arranging for the doors to be fitted- we were advised that the doors actually had not even been made as yet and that we would need to wait- this wait was another week. ...read more

As discussed with you we are more than happy to rectify any issues still outstanding and provide compensation for any costs incurred. As advised by Consumer Affairs we are awaiting receipts so that compensation can be made.
