I usually get my nails done at one salon that I love, but I decided to try a different place and I had a very unpleasant experience here. It took 2 hours to get acrylics done, which usually takes an hour. The staff were unpleasant and very careless, while I was getting my nails grinded down, the woman kept grinding my skin which left one of my fingers bleeding and it was very painful. The nail painting was sloppy and streaky and every time I asked them to do another coat they sighed and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them. A week later one of my nails just fell right off, I had to superglue it back on but it just keeps falling off. Two weeks into having them, another fell off and another snapped in half and then the remaining part of the nail also fell off. This is ridiculous that it has only been 2 weeks and I have had 3 nails come/break off! Definitely not going back there ever again!

The staff all communicated in English, as well as offering usefull advice! All staff took pride in the service carried out on both my friend and I!
The girls even stayed back to do everything we needed and did not act rude or make us feel uncomfortable.
Such an awesome experience and both my friend and I are in the beauty industry so when great service is offered it always needs credit.

I was staying with a friend in the area so popped into Versace Nails to have a Shellac manicure. I was so impressed with the staff, they were really friendly and lovely and made me feel very welcome. The service was amazing and I was very happy with the manicure. A lovely personable bunch of people at this place - highly recommend.
I've been going to Versace nails for 3 years now.I also tried to do my nails at some other place in Balmain but i prefer to come back to this salon. They take very good care of the nails and are very friendly and i always get good results . I visited there last Sunday, the shop had just gone a renovation and it looks new , I put on a new color recommended by the staffthat just came out, absolutely loved it!
I did my first eyelash extension my boyfriend said i looked very pretty with it on i might do it as a regular thing now. Who knows maybe when summer comes i will try a spray tan there too. Highly recommended
