We have built Granny flats from one bedroom to three bedroom with flexibility of floor plans and fittings. Our domestic buildings are popular with home owners wanting to turn unused backyard space into an income. Due to both the current housing crisis and also the cost of accommodating the elderly in Aged Care facilities, the Government/Local Councils have relaxed the laws regarding renting backyard Granny Flats for investments purposes. From as little as $40,000 a home owner can have one of our buildings erected in their backyard.
