Victor at Viclocks is ok, good at what he does. However, we had a horrible experience with his colleague - Paul I think his name is - he became very aggressive on the phone, swore at us and blamed us for him running late. Completely uncalled for, very rude and highly unprofessional. We then got a phonecall from Victor who questioned our version of events and implied we were lying - while conceding his colleage "could be blunt" - to put it lightly! Use these guys at your peril - get Victor and you'll probably be ok, get one of his colleagues and you run the gauntlet. Not the way a good business with strong customer service should be run.
Dealt with Victor from viclocks for over ten years.Always on the ready with our rental properties when dealing with unreliable tenants who dont return keys.While were out partying on a saturday night Vic has driven down to the peninsula from kew to make our property safe by changing locks.Thanks Vic!!
Thank goodness for the opportunity to leave feedback about them. I have had several dealings with them now and can honestly say they were rude, aggressive and unprofessional I have ever had the misfortune to give my money to. One day they were fine, the next can be very different. I strongly recommend to stay away from this business.
We have been dealing with viclocks now for over ten years.They have been very efficient when we've called to change locks on our rental properties.Tenants can be hard to deal with once leases expire.Dont want to give them opportunity to return to property and wreck things.This is where viclocks has been very efficient even making that midnight lock change.Thanks Vicklocks!!.
